The Blissful Revolution
I don't know if "blissful" was the right word to describe the show, but it certainly was interesting. It was just two days after the lights went out across most of northern New England. Despite frigid temperatures (in the low 20s) and many area residents still lacking electricity, the craft show did go on and it was an enjoyable day.
My husband came along to help me out, and many of our favorite musicians from Portland played live music throughout the day. The show took place in one of the old mill buildings by the river in Biddeford and the space was incredible.
